Thank you for shopping with Wonderous Love. We want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, or any stains

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Intimates and bodysuits
• Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts)

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit valid for one year from the date of issue. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Wonderous Love is not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wonderouslove2026@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, log in to your account at wonderouslove.shop/account, select the order you'd like to return, and follow the prompts to submit a return request. Once your request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
